Some Unusual Requests!

Oil Worker with Jack-Pump for Lucy's son  in Texas!
Military Family from Tennessee - Go USA!
"Born to be wild!"  "Cactus Queen" & "This is for the birds!"
and last but not least, done for my son Ryan to his fellow associates at the Desert Botanical Gardens.

Here is an excerpt of an e-mail I received today. First I was crying, then I was laughing -

Hello Bert...you don't know me, but you have been a part of my life for years. My grandmother is Noreen Clements, and I have received one of your ornaments every year since I was a child. I love them - to me, they are what makes my whole Christmas. Long story short, my kitten toppled my tree last night and sent half of your beautiful ornaments crashing - and they broke. Do you have a repair policy? If I send them to you, can you try to fix them? I can't tell you how devastated I was last night - I was absolutely inconsolable with tears(which is a testament to your beautiful work and how much I love them so dearly). Please contact at your earliest convenience - I don't mind phone or email...I hope that you can help me.
Amanda Clements

After I talked to Amanda - she said she had my ornaments before she "had a memory" - that either makes me  feel special or really old! I cherish both! Then she told me she still had the tags on them from when her Grandma gave them to her all except for one.
I just couldn't believe it - This is why I still do what I do. Everyday I thank God that He has given me this talent and ability to where I can't explain where it comes from, only He gets the glory!
Have a Blessed Day! Bert

  1. LOVED the new ornaments! You should put up the TX one you made for my daughter and son-in-law last year, and the OSU ornament (custom) from last year too! They have become a part of our Christmas. I think 1985 are the first ones we have. Sorry to make you feel old, but I'm there with you!!
